Most courses are about 1.5 hours per week With some exceptions, there is a limit to the number of courses in which any single member can participate.

Most of the programs and activities are held at the Karingal Place Community Centre, 103 Ashleigh Avenue, Frankston where we have secure, well equipped classrooms, a computer training room, communal room and ample off street parking.

What does it cost ?

Because all Tutors, Committee members, Administration and Catering staff are volunteers, we are able to keep the Annual Membership Fee to $100 which includes access to unlimited classes at no further costs.

• Full Membership Fee (2022) – $100.00 pa.  Includes Associate members.
• Volunteer Tutor Fee, if not attending classes – Free

What roles are there for Volunteers?
Almost anything that you can think of. You might like to spend a couple of hours each week or fortnight manning the desk in the office, or helping with the quarterly mail out of the newsletter. You might prefer to help our catering team or perhaps join our committee and assist in the management of our organisation. Maybe you could manage our network, website or Facebook page. If you are handy with a screw driver, you could help out with maintenance.  Or what about being a tutor in a subject dear to your heart?  The world is your oyster.  See the Forms & Documents page for a relevant form or just contact us.
